Operator Licence and Vehicle Compliance
Do vehicle numbers and inspection intervals match your operator licence? Is every vehicle taxed, insured and in date for its MOT? Does the forward planner show six months of inspections and tests?
Maintenance, Defects and Inspections
Are daily walkaround checks recorded before every shift? Does every defect have a signed repair record? Do inspection sheets include brake tests and tyre ages?
Driver Licences, Training and CPC
Has every driver’s licence been checked, with DVLA licence checks repeated more often for drivers with points? Is every Driver CPC card in date?
