Step 1. Download Our Sample Data.
To make the onboarding process as pain-free as possible, we have a simple spreadsheet for you to use. Simply download the spreadsheet by clicking the button below, complete as much of the information as possible, and upload it in step 2.
Note: The Sample Data Spreadsheet has 2 tabs—one for vehicle data and the other for driver data.
Note: We require, at a minimum, the vehicle’s registration and the driver’s name and email address. However, the more information you can supply, the better!
Step 2. Submit Data & Branding.
Please use this form to supply the additional data we need to get your system set up.
Admin Champion: Let us know who will be responsible for rolling out the software across your business so that we can work with them to ensure the quickest and most efficient rollout.
Notes on uploading vehicle images:
We want your system to look great. That’s why we take the time to photoshop images of your vehicles and upload them to Pocket Box. To ensure your dashboard looks fantastic, take photos exactly ‘side-on’ with the front of the vehicle facing left, as shown in the image below.
When you submit vehicle images, we remove the background and apply them to the vehicles on the Pocket Box system. If you have several different vehicle types or branding, please add them, renaming the image file with the vehicle’s registration, like ABZ2024.jpg, for example.
You can also add notes in the submission form to tell us about any special requests regarding sign writing on vehicles.
Step 3. Meet Mick Our Onboarding Specialist.
Okay, now that you’ve submitted your vehicle and driver data, company logo, and images of your vehicles, our team of onboarding specialists will begin to build and pre-populate your fleet management system.
Michael Mc Laughlin, CTO, is your dedicated onboarding specialist and will help get you onto our software, ensuring you have everything you need to roll it out across your business.
We normally expect this process to take around 5 business days. In the meantime, please select a date and time that suits you for our team to onboard and train you on the Pocket Box Fleet system. On this call, we encourage you to invite all office staff who will use the system and, if possible, at least one driver to act as our Pocket Box Champion.
Onboarding sessions generally last around one hour, and subsequent training sessions can be booked after the first session via email.
